Return and Refund Conditions
- Returns: Products may be returned within 5 days upon company approval. Refunds will be processed within 5 business days and credited to your original source account.
- Conditions for Returns: As this is a food product, generally we don’t provide any returns but in certain cases if return is approved by the company, products must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact.
- Non-Returnable Items: Perishable items and items with tampered packaging are non-returnable.
Process
- To initiate a return, contact our support team with your order details and the reason for the return.
- Once approved, you will receive instructions for return shipping.
- Returns must be shipped at the customer’s expense unless the product was defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and process the refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
